Job summary

A corporate services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee workplace operations and support services. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee workplace operations, administrative functions, and employee support services across the bank’s offices. This role ensures smooth daily operations, effective vendor management, compliance with corporate policies, and supports initiatives that elevate the overall workplace experience. The position also works closely with the Facilities Management team on planning and business continuity matters.

Job Responsibilities

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Support daily office administration, including reception, mailroom, pantry services, logistics, and general workplace support.
  • Ensure corporate services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage service providers and monitor performance against SLAs. Oversee contracts, evaluate service quality, and coordinate rectification when required.

Budgeting & Procurement

  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Implement cost control initiatives while maintaining service and operational standards.

Governance, Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance frameworks, and internal audit requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and records required for audits and regulatory checks.

Workplace & Experience Initiatives

  • Lead or support office improvement, space optimization, and employee experience projects.
  • Enhance guest experience and workplace engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Facilities Management
  • Work with FM on space planning, office moves, maintenance coordination, and business continuity support.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate services, facilities operations, or administrative management.
  • Prior banking / financial services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with corporate workplace operations.
