Job Description
- Provide professional table and event service during internal and client events
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment
- Assist with event logistics and coordination with pantry and catering teams
- Maintain service standards aligned with corporate hospitality expectations
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Facility Management Team
- Manage and support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
- Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms and Event Areas
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" level and above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B / Corporate Event
- Great Team player
- Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
