About Our Client

Our client is a regionally renowned investment management group with a focus on infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region. They are seeking a Head, Corporate Secretary to lead their critical regional corporate secretarial function.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key leadership role, leading the corporate secretarial team and acting as the primary advisor on all complex corporate governance matters and the full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters, ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory internal policy requirements. This includes but is not limited to organising and facilitating Board and Committee meetings and collaborating closely with executive management and cross-functional teams to provide governance oversight for strategic group initiatives and major projects.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with at least 15 years of experience in managing complex corporate secretarial matters. You have a proven ability to manage and implement corporate governance frameworks from a strategic and commercial perspective. You enjoy a people management role, are driven and possess excellent interpersonal skills necessary in partnering with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, senior executives and Board members.
