Job summary
A corporate services firm in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretary to handle duties including company incorporations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and have 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, with knowledge of the Companies Act and electronic filing requirements. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently are essential.
Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Conversant with the Companies Act & familiar with regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of electronic filing requirements of ACRA.
Responsibilities
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for clients.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintenance of registers.
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparations of directors' and shareholders resolutions
- Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in corporate secretarial work
- Conversant with the Companies Act & familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements
- Good knowledge of process and eletronic filing requirements of ACRA
- Proficiency working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preparation of XBRL
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
