The ideal candidate will take on roles from Junior/Senior Executive to Assistant Manager, overseeing a team and managing a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding staff, and providing high-quality corporate secretarial services. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior and senior staff to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver timely services.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes for board and general meetings.
  • Review compliance requirements and advise on governance practices.
  • Draft and review resolutions and statutory forms for corporate transactions.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and external partners as needed.

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Corporate Secretarial team as a Junior/Senior Executive / Team Leader / Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for client servicing. You will oversee a team, manage a portfolio of clients, and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality corporate secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor junior and senior staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of corporate secretarial services.
  • Attend and take minutes for general meetings, board meetings, and board committee meetings.
  • Review and provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance practices, and corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
  • Draft and review directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, relevant statutory forms, and supporting documents for corporate transactions (e.g., incorporation, restructuring, share allotments/transfers, strike-offs).
  • Liaise and coordinate with statutory bodies (such as ACRA), banks, auditors, and external business partners as needed.
  • Implement best practices to improve internal processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, corporate compliance regulations, and governance frameworks.
