A corporate service provider in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Executive to provide comprehensive corporate secretarial services to clients. Job description
Job Purpose

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing corporate secretarial services to a range of clients;
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book etc.
  • Communicate with clients independently;
  • Able to handle incorporation of companies, striking off companies, etc independently
  • Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms with IRAS;
  • Ensure ACRA filing deadlines are met;
  • Responsible for the lodgement of documents using the electronic filing system (“Bizfile”) including preparation of financial statements, XBRL and Annual Returns filing
  • Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
  • Prepare XBRL
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specific Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm
  • Diploma in law or Corporate Secretarial Practice or ICSA qualification (an added advantage but not essential);
  • Able to act as QI (an added advantage but not essential)
  • Good computer skills;
  • Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Independent and self-motivated and posses good interpersonal skills
