Job summary

A corporate secretarial firm is seeking a proactive individual to advise on corporate incorporation, manage changes, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in a related discipline and 1–2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role which involves liaising with external parties and maintaining statutory records. The position requires self-motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Advise on Corporate Incorporation Matters
    Provide guidance and support on company incorporation procedures, including setting up new companies, registering Singapore branches, striking off entities, and ensuring full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
  2. Facilitate Corporate Changes
    Manage and execute corporate changes such as the appointment or cessation of company officers, changes in registered office address, updates to bank signatories, and other related statutory lodgments.
  3. ACRA E‑Filings
    Prepare and submit ACRA e‑filings accurately, timely, and in accordance with statutory requirements.
  4. Preparation of Corporate Documents
    Draft and prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, statutory forms, and other corporate secretarial documentation, including matters related to bank account openings or amendments to bank signatories.
  5. Liaison with External Parties
    Coordinate and communicate with external service providers, regulatory bodies, and business partners on statutory, compliance, and corporate filings.
  6. E‑Lodgment with Government Agencies
    Handle e‑lodgment of documents and notifications to various government agencies as required.
  7. Maintenance of Statutory Records
    Update and maintain statutory registers and records, including the Register of Controllers, Register of Nominee Directors, and other mandated registers.
  8. Administrative & Ad‑Hoc Support
    Perform any other corporate secretarial duties or administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the department.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or a related discipline.
  2. ICSA qualification or candidates currently pursuing SAICSA will be an advantage.
  3. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm.
  4. Familiar with filing of statutory forms and Companies Act.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  6. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Meticulous and able to take challenge and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
