We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proventrack record of Corporate Secretarial experiences to join our team of CorporateSecretarial Professionals

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutionsand Statutory Returns
  • Prepare accounts in XBRL & submission
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatoryrequirements (including deadlines)
  • Handle all statutory filings with ACRA, MOM, IRAS andother regional/localgovernment bodies
  • General administration work, including filing andarranging appointments
  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients andmanage their expectations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professionalfirm
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • An eye for detail and deadline-oriented
  • Able to work independently
