A corporate advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Assistant responsible for supporting company secretarial duties, handling client compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial work, be a team player with a positive attitude, and possess self-motivation. This role is critical in maintaining the company’s client portfolio while complying with the Singapore Companies Act.
1) Provide support to the assistant manager/manager in handling the company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws for the portfolio of clients that we administer
2) Handle client acceptance and compliance (including maintaining clients KYC records).
3) Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement.
4) Provide support to the team leader in handling scrutineer services for listed companies’ general meetings.
