We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.
  • All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.
  • Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.
  • Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.
  • Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • 1-2 years of corporate secretarial experience.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proactive and ability to work in a team.
