Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing portfolio of companies consisting of private companies, variable capital company, offshore companies and etc.;
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation to dissolution;
- Preparation of directors’ resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions and minutes of meetings, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents;
- Updating and maintaining the statutory records and minutes book of companies;
- E-filing of various returns and annual return with government agencies, i.e. ACRA and IRAS (e-stamping of transfer form), and ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements;
- Performing on-boarding and ongoing monitoring customer due diligence on the clients;
- Providing administrative support on day-to-day matters such as filing of documents in both hard and soft copy;
- Other administrative and/or ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree / Advance Diploma / Diploma / Graduate of ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course. Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but with relevant working experience are most welcome to apply.
- Able to handle portfolio of clients independently with minimal supervision.
- Well versed in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (preferably).
