A corporate advisory firm in Singapore seeks an experienced individual for corporate secretarial work. The role involves supporting managers with client compliance, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and managing statutory filings. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, is a team player, and shows self-motivation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on client service.
1) Provide support to the assistant manager/manager in handling the company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws for the portfolio of clients that we administer
2) Handle client acceptance and compliance (including maintaining clients KYC records).
3) Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement.
4) Provide support to the team leader in handling scrutineer services for listed companies’ general meetings.
