[Your Next Opportunity]

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about corporate governance? As our Corporate Secretarial Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of Department and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work. This role offers an opportunity to be hands-on with corporate secretarial work, internal services, and external liaison tasks at the corporate level.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]
  • Assist the Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients (both private and offshore companies), including liaising with clients, auditors and registered agencies
  • Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage filing deadlines of AGM and Annual Return documents, adhere to economic substance requirements and advise clients on compliance requirements
  • Assist in filing with ACRA and IRAS e-stamping
  • Perform Customer Due Diligence checks, following established company procedures
  • Update and maintain the statutory registers and clients’ records in Viewpoint
  • Support the team with other corporate secretarial and administrative tasks as needed

  • Diploma or equivalent; Corporate Secretarial qualification is a plus
[Skills & Experience]
  • 1-2 years' corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services industry or relevant industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters
