A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for corporate and government segments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in B2B hardware sales, with experience managing multiple countries in Southeast Asia. This role requires strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field. The position is based in Singapore.
Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) plans for corporate and government segments.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion across Southeast Asia.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline.
Set and monitor country-level KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
Standardize sales methodologies, CRM usage, and performance processes regionwide.
Mentor and coach country-level sales leaders to build capability and succession pipelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales strategy, product direction, and operational support.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of B2B hardware sales experience, including at least 5 years managing multiple countries in Southeast Asia.
Proven success in driving regional revenue growth and overseeing significant annual sales portfolios.
Strong knowledge of enterprise/government procurement, channel management, and hardware solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
