Responsibilities
- Reporting to Corporate Sales Director.
- Handling all Hotels & Catering corporate customers in Singapore.
- Prepare quotations in presentation manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and service issues.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Track sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on overdue payments.
- Research potential new hotel and catering accounts.
- Assist in organizing sales presentations.
- Support in drafting marketing campaigns for hotel and catering clients.

- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to meet customer requirements.
- Track sales performance and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing accounts.
- Maintain updated customer records, sales histories, and contact logs in the CRM system.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure accounts are up to date.
- Research potential new hotel and catering accounts and compile lead lists.
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales presentations.
- Support in drafting and distributing marketing campaigns targeting hotel and catering clients.
