We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager with a hunter mindset to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and building strong long‑term partnerships. This role is ideal for a results‑oriented professional who thrives on winning new business while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new leads into profitable accounts.
  • Drive sales through networking, cold outreach, and targeted pitches to decision‑makers.
  • Develop strategies to break into untapped markets and win competitive accounts.
  • Act as the key point of contact for both new and existing clients.
  • Build and nurture long‑term partnerships to maximize revenue potential.
  • Deliver exceptional service to strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by hunting new opportunities and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Create tailored proposals and close deals through effective negotiation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients.
  • Provide market insights to support product positioning and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
  • 3 – 5 Years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, or key account acquisition.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
