Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead long-term corporate strategies for Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with headquarters’ objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement actionable initiatives across Southeast Asia and Japan.
  • Deliver strategic insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging R&D opportunities to influence leadership decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership with recommendations for performance optimization and course correction.
  • Analyze financial and performance metrics (current and historical) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between Japanese HQ and regional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and information-sharing practices (Ho-Ren-So).
  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, and KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in project execution across all stakeholders.
