The Corporate Planning team at HMI Medical, a fast-growing regional healthcare group, is seeking a Corporate Planning Intern to support strategic value creation and digital transformation across the Group. This role offers undergraduates an exceptional opportunity to develop critical skills in corporate strategy, technology innovation, and AI-driven transformation, while working closely with senior leaders on initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery.
As a Corporate Planning Intern, you will play a key role in major Group-wide AI and technology initiatives, alongside other high-impact strategic and integration projects. You will contribute to project execution through technology project management and AI/technology performance analysis. Core responsibilities include translating business needs into clear technical requirements, maintaining rigorous requirements traceability matrix (RTM) discipline, and contributing to other Group-wide strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for an analytical, resourceful, and technically curious student eager to gain real-world experience in a cohesive and nurturing management environment, where strategy, technology and healthcare intersects.
