Job description

Summary

  • Manage the communication initiatives of Crédit Agricole CIB in Singapore, including the organisation of client events, internal and external communication, in coordination with APAC and Head Office.
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore commercial performance.
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Country Officer (SCO) of Singapore.
  • This will be a 1-year contract, with a strong possibility for renewal or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Business Planning

  • Support the SCO on ad-hoc projects and reporting related to business and coverage management.
  • Draft presentations and provide support regarding the strategy of Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore.
  • Monitor and analyse the commercial performance of the Singapore franchise.

Communication

  • Participate in the organisation of client events in collaboration with respective stakeholders in Singapore.
  • Ensure seamless coordination for communication initiatives with the Regional and Head Offices through Intranet, newsletter, social media and other communication tools.
  • Support the SCO for initiatives in coordination with other CASA entities in Singapore.
  • Act as the point of contact for external providers and/or any third parties as found necessary to fulfil the responsibilities listed above.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Key Internal Contacts: SCO, COO, Business Line managers, Regional and Head Offices.
  • Key External Contacts: External service providers, vendors.

Tools Used

  • Internal: MS Outlook, MS Office, Intranet (Insidelive).
  • External: Social Media, Google Search, etc.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or its equivalent.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
  • Analytical with a good grasp of numbers.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Responsible and committed to team’s objectives.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining good attention to detail.
  • Open-minded with the ability to take advice and guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
