Job Scope

  • Lead and provide direction to the partnership development team, including setting priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to expand and strengthen corporate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate partners, healthcare providers, insurance partners, and physician groups.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to drive awareness, growth, and service value.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support partnership needs, resolve challenges, and improve service workflows.
  • Review and enhance partnership processes and policies to improve efficiency and value delivery.
  • Monitor industry landscape and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and informed decision‑making.
  • Track partnership performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.
  • Participate in organizational planning activities and support ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Management) preferred.
