Job description

• Collaborate with departments to gather and streamline financial requirements.

• Simulate projected and budgeted financials, including capital and operating expenditures.

• Prepare, submit, and upload budget and forecast templates into the financial system.

• Develop and present budget papers and financial presentation materials.

• Prepare and post journal entries, and analyze variances between actuals and budgets.

• Compile, review, and submit monthly management and financial reports.

• Monitor and report project utilization and financial status regularly.

• Update financial indicators and reports to support decision-making and evaluation.

• Check and approve purchase requisitions, payment requests, and assist in audits.

• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
