Job summary

A global leader in investment management is seeking a Corporate Event Server in Singapore. Responsibilities include providing event service, assisting with logistics, and maintaining service standards. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in F&B or corporate events and possess good communication skills. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Corporate Event Server @ Tanjong Pagar [ 5 days work week/Earn up to $3300]

Our client, a global leader in investment management and technology, is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join their dynamic corporate hospitality team.

Job Description:

Provide professional table and event service during internal and client events

Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment

Assist with event logistics and coordination with pantry and catering teams

Maintain service standards aligned with corporate hospitality expectations

Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Facility Management Team

Manage & support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes

Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client

Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas

Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms / Event Areas

Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

Job Requirements:

GCE O level with minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in F&B / Corporate Event with good oral and written communication skills

Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and client

Great Team player

Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment

Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities

Working hours:

Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 6pm
