Job summary

The ideal candidate will assist in statutory document preparation, maintain corporate records, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial and/or accounting roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory framework is an advantage.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA and IRAS
  • Maintain and update corporate records and registers
  • Support accounting functions such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and report generation
  • Communicate with clients and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and internal processes
Requirements
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial and/or accounting roles preferred
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory framework is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
