Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement communication campaigns to promote organizational programs, initiatives, and innovations, including the development of social media content.
• Develop and execute staff engagement strategies to strengthen company culture and foster internal collaboration.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to internal teams, including branding and editorial oversight.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans; participate in emergency preparedness exercises and ensure timely response to any communication crises.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
• Min. 2-3 years of communications experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage and execute successful communications campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of effective communication tools and channels, both traditional and digital.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative, meticulous, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
