The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Corporate Administrator to join our team. As an administrative support specialist, you will assist in the administration and secretarial duties for companies managed by Trident, while supporting the Corporate Services, Manager / Head of Corporate Services in ensuring seamless service delivery. Reporting Line

Duties
- Provide administrative support for Retirement Plan Funds, including handling of contributions, redemptions and reconciliation processes, submission of various reports, and assistance in annual audit
- Prepare, complete and submit bank or corporate forms, reports, and other documents as required
- Provide general administrative and corporate services support, including data entry and record‑keeping, and coordination with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and registers, both physical and digital
- Handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality and discretion
- Onboard new clients, conduct due diligence checks and manage ongoing monitoring
- Manage CorpPass and Work Pass matters including administration and maintenance of CorpPass accounts, and assistance with Work Pass applications and renewals
- Manage client invoicing and debtors
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Manage ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Skills and Knowledge
- Relevant professional qualification or ability and commitment to work towards an approved relevant professional qualification; alternatively, an employee may be qualified by experience
- Having experience in a similar role with a Corporate Services provider is an advantage; however, we are open to considering fresh graduates or individuals seeking a career change
- Positive and cheerful personality with a strong work ethic and client‑centric focus
- Forward‑thinking, adaptable and innovative with a willingness to embrace change
- Self‑motivated and driver, with a “go‑getter” attitude to achieve results
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multi‑task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management to deliver high quality work on time
- Resourceful and able to take initiative
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to establish and maintain good stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin would be an advantage
- Experience working with overseas support teams would be an advantage
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident
Remuneration
