Corporate Sales & Account Management
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate companies and corporate individuals (e.g., executives, employees of target companies) to sign up for telco services. Specific focus includes selling SIM-only corporate plans, SIM-only corporate individual plans, bundled services, and other Telco related services.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing the relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling contract renewals for all service types.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique communication and technology needs of each corporate client. Develop tailored proposals that may include SIM-only corporate plans, SIM-only corporate individual plans, phone Bundle services, and other solutions that meet their specific business requirements.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals for all service offerings, working with internal teams (legal, finance, product, marketing) to ensure profitable and feasible solutions.
Up-selling and Cross-selling
- Maximizing Value: Continuously look for opportunities to sell additional services (up-selling) to existing clients, such as upgrading their current SIM-only or Bundle plans etc.
- Expanding Service Portfolio: Proactively cross-sell the telco's full range of products, with a focus on increasing client adoption of both corporate and individual SIM-only plans as well as comprehensive Bundle services.
Partnership & Channel Development
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with external partners (e.g., technology vendors, device distributors, system integrators, business associations) to create cross-selling opportunities.
- Channel Enablement: Work with partners to develop joint sales strategies, train their teams on the telco's offerings, and create incentives to ensure they actively promote your SIM plans and bundles to their customer base.
- Indirect Revenue: Drive revenue through these partnership channels, effectively increasing the telco's market reach beyond its direct sales team.
Requirement
- Experience: At least 3 - 5 years in Corporate Sales with a proven track record.
- Industry: Telecom/Mobile industry experience is highly desirable, particularly experience in selling SIM-only plans and bundled services.
- Education: Preferably at least a diploma in (Marketing, Business Development or related field).
