What You'll Do
  • Managing In-Office Operations:

    Oversee reception and visitor check‑in, act as a point of contact for building security, and manage vendor relationships (catering, supplies, maintenance). Conduct weekly office audits, resolve facilities issues, and coordinate with property management to ensure compliance and service quality.

  • Event & Meeting Support:

    Serve as the go‑to person for internal events and meetings, handling logistics, room setups, deliveries, and mail. Provide hands‑on support to ensure smooth execution and a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Manage Slack channels and ticketing systems for office‑related requests, including access approvals and offsite coordination. Support office access programs and maintain accurate usage reports. Assist with budget tracking and provide administrative support to the broader Workplace Experience team.

  • Employee Experience & Support Services:

    Respond to inquiries via Slack, email, and phone, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions. Lead or assist with special projects, contribute ideas to improve team efficiency, and maintain key documentation and program materials.

What You Bring
  • Experience & Expertise:

    2+ years in Facilities or Workplace Operations, with a solid understanding of workplace policies and procedures.
