A leading talent development firm in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to join its Talent Development & Engagement team. The role involves managing training programs, coordinating logistics for training events, maintaining learning records, and supporting employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business Administration and a year of relevant experience, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
We are looking for a highly organised and positive Coordinator to join our Talent Development & Engagement team. This role requires multiple-tasking and managing a high volume of queries related to training, employee engagement, and development programs.
Manage end-to-end training program processes, including handling all requests and queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, overseeing course registrations, communicating training status updates, processing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate course registration records.
Coordinate logistics for in-house training programs including venue setup, preparation of training materials, liaison with trainers / speakers, coordination of refreshments, attendance tracking and issuance of certificates for in-house courses.
Maintain and update staff learning records in various platforms, documents and trackers accurately and on a timely basis.
Coordinate new joiner’s onboarding program and liaise with relevant stakeholders when required.
Support in execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs and corporate events as and when assigned.
Take initiative in garnering active participation for internal engagement programs and campaigns.
Track budgets and expenses related to training and engagement programs.
Coordinate paperwork for internship programs with academic institutes.
Provide support in grant-related matters and documentation when required.
Undertake any other projects or tasks assigned by upline superior.
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
1 year of relevant experience preferably in HR, L&D, or employee engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proactiveness, accountability, problem-solving mindset and resilience under timeline pressure.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task where required.
Capable of managing a high volume of queries and handling data management efficiently across multiple channels.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS or any content development is a plus.
