Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cutting, portioning, preperation
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
  • Assist in new recipe trials or R&D projects when required.
Job Requirements
