Responsibilities & Duties
Conveyancing / Real Estate
  • Assist our team of lawyers to handle a range of Conveyancing / Real Estate matters
  • Prepare and proofread legal documentation for lodgement and registration
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support such as file opening, filing, and billing
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and government agencies
  • Be up to date with transaction progress and maintain timelines
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to multi-task and manage different matters
  • Have initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications/ Skills
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in any field (Legal studies not required)
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Conversant in English.
