A legal services firm in Singapore is hiring a Conveyancing Secretary / Admin to provide essential administrative support to lawyers. The role involves managing legal documentation, conducting property searches, and coordinating with external parties. Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in day-to-day matters.
Carry out property and title searches, prepare documentation for e-stamping, and handle due diligence processes.
Monitor timelines, maintain organised case files, and assist clients by addressing queries and managing correspondence.
Oversee the signing, witnessing, and submission of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Arrange appointments, coordinate meetings, and communicate with external stakeholders such as banks, law firms, and clients.
Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with accuracy in legal research and document preparation.
Well-organised, able to prioritise and multi task.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
Capable of working independently while being a supportive team player.
Experience in conveyancing work, including stamp duty submissions and dealings with the Land Registry, will be an advantage.
