Qualifications

  • Some experience in conveyancing support work preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Quick and accurate typing speed required.
  • Conscientious and with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Render administrative support to conveyancing secretaries.
  • Perform SLA searches.
  • Manage E Lodgment / E Filing.
  • Handle journal entries for lodgement.
  • Prepare completion reports.
  • Archive files.
  • Other incidental administrative tasks.
