Job summary

A legal firm in Singapore is seeking a Legal Associate (Conveyancing) to provide expert legal guidance on property transactions. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Called to the Bar and qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
  • Experience as a Practising Conveyancing Lawyer is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on property transactions and maintain client updates.
  • Draft, prepare, and review contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct title searches and advise on regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the full conveyancing process and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Negotiate terms and resolve disputes to protect client interests.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure legal compliance.
  • Stay updated on property laws and enhance legal expertise.
