Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main communication link between site supervisors and the Operations Team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Coordinate and ensure timely deployment of security manpower in accordance with contractual and client requirements.

  • Monitor attendance and proactively arrange manpower replacements to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deployment records and operational documentation.

  • Prepare and submit reports promptly, accurately, and in compliance with company and client procedures.

  • Escalate and report incidents to management in a timely and professional manner.

  • Respond to and manage emergency incidents in accordance with established emergency response procedures.

  • Provide operational support and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in the security industry is preferred; candidates with relevant experience from other industries are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Possession of a valid security licence is an advantage.

  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to commence work at short notice.
