Job summary

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the instrumentation, control and automation engineering and design works.
  • Ensure instruments, electrical and control designs compliance with customer specifications.
  • Lead the team to provide technical supports to all instrumentation, control and automation works.
  • Collaborate nternal stakeholders, clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
  • Handle equipment package and procurement including technical specifications preparation, technical clarification, technical bid analysis, etc.
  • Work with cross function project team to support project activities, i.e. schedule, process, progress claims, etc.
  • Coordinate, provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Manage and supervise the site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, plant proving related to Instrumentation, Control and automation system and interface works with other disciplines and other stakeholders.
  • Attend to clients’ comments and ensure clients’ approval & acceptance to all ICA related design, installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Instrumentation.
  • Experience in system design, network design, installation and commissioning of the control and monitoring systems.
  • Experience in Basic Programming of PLC/DCS and SCADA.
  • Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client.
  • Good technical knowledge in understanding instrumentation, control and automation system.
  • Knowledge in electrical system and mechanical process system will be an advantage.
  • Good technical understanding of water, wastewater and pollution control system.
  • Relevant experience in design and site work for water and wastewater treatment works.
  • Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
