Job summary

A leading aviation support company in Singapore is seeking a Control Room Officer for shift work. The role involves informing aircraft changes, preparing reports, and updating crucial flight charts. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of an ITE Certificate or Diploma, experience in coordination and data entry, and be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and SAP. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Quick response to last minute aircraft changes.

Responsibilities

• Inform apron of aircraft changes and relay updates.
• Update flight observer charts and provide copies to MAINTROL.
• Prepare delay reports for SQ and Scoot.

Control Room Officer, LMD (Shift Work, Aviation, Changi)

Inform apron of aircraft changes, edit in CRO Editor and send CALL BACK to all concerned.

Ensure requests for SIA stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen kit and update in stretcher/ Supplementary Oxygen Kit chart-update the systems.

Update flight observer chart and fax to IGO and provide a copy to MAINTROL.

Any last‑minute aircraft change less than 2 hours to STD, CRO will call refuellers directly and inform of aircraft change.

Prepare SQ and Scoot (including Line Station) Delay reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
• Familiar with Microsoft excel and SAP
• Able to read and understand telex and react accordingly
• Experience in performing coordination, data entry, updating of stretcher or Kit chart into systems and generating reports
• Able to quick response to any last minute’s aircraft changes and react promptly
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Comfortable with morning rotating shift pattern based on 3 days’ work and follow by 2 days off work arrangement.
