Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Electrical Commissioning Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Wind Farm industry. Responsibilities include overseeing the pre-commissioning and performance testing of electrical systems, issuing subsystem reports, and providing technical support to the electrical team. Ideal candidates should be familiar with commissioning processes and have strong analytical skills. This position offers stable working hours and transport from key locations.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/Wind Farm industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities.
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ Wind Farm industry
• Experience in commissioning of Diesel Generators/ Compressors/ Pumps/ Piping systems / Utility packages/ cranes / mechanical handling equipment/ HVAC, etc
• Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities of oil and gas/ wind farm facilities
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards
• Familiar with MS Office software applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Familiar with Completion Management System database such as PIMS-CMS / WinPCS / ProCoSys / ICAPS
