Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. seeks a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement BMS control solutions for HVAC systems across SEA and India. You will engineer, test, commission, and support building automation projects, with travel required.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and minimum 5 years in BMS control engineering are required, along with knowledge of BACnet/Modbus and IP protocols.

• Knowledge of airside and water-side HVAC control principles.
• Willing to travel overseas for project support and training.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Control Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control solutions for HVAC systems. The role involves engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, system optimization, and providing technical support for building automation projects across Southeast Asia and India.

Job Description

1. BMS Control Engineering & System Development

• Design, develop, and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, and Ventilation Systems.
• Develop and modify control logic and graphical user interfaces for building automation systems.
• Configure and integrate communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based communication protocols.
• Design and validate airside and water-side control sequences for HVAC systems.

2. Testing, Commissioning & Project Support

• Perform engineering, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS, DDC, and PLC-based control systems.
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning activities for building automation projects.
• Review HVAC mechanical drawings, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare commissioning reports, operation manuals, control narratives, points lists, and I/O schedules.

3. Automation Technology & Technical Support

• Evaluate and implement building automation technologies and control architectures.
• Provide technical guidance on BMS engineering, programming, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct technical training on HVAC control systems and building automation solutions.
• Travel overseas to support project commissioning, troubleshooting, and engineering training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS control engineering, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience with HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, and Ventilation Systems.
• Knowledge of BMS, DDC, and PLC control systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based communication protocols.
• Knowledge of airside and water-side HVAC control principles.
• Knowledge of temperature, humidity, pressure, and flow control strategies.
• Experience in DDC/PLC programming and control logic development.
• Ability to interpret HVAC mechanical drawings, control schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automation and instrumentation control architectures.
• Willing to travel overseas for project support, commissioning, and training.
