Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and optimize Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software tailored for industrial food freezing systems to ensure efficient, safe, and high-performance operations.
• Diagnose and rectify issues related to PLC software and hardware, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining optimal system functionality.
• Conduct functional testing and verification of control panels integrated with PLCs to ensure seamless communication and reliable operation across all connected devices and systems.
• Develop and update comprehensive documentation including PLC programming codes, system architecture, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide timely and effective remote technical assistance to field installation and service teams, helping to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth system deployment and servicing.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Siemens PLC and Rockwell PLC systems
• Familiar with industrial automation systems, including sensors, actuators, Danfoss inverters, and various control components will be a plus.
