Job summary

A global internet governance organization in Singapore is looking for a Contractual Compliance Analyst to process complaints regarding Registrar and Registry agreements. Position Summary

The Contractual Compliance Analyst's primary role is to process complaints received by ICANN regarding all matters related to the Registrar and Registry agreements, and the Consensus Policies.

Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze and process complaints in accordance with standard operating procedures

  • Conduct and coordinate required follow-up procedures
  • Make recommendations for standard operating procedures improvements
  • Monitor day to day operations to identify and report emerging trends affecting compliance
  • Prepare and provide referrals to enforcement and compliance check activities
  • Provide information and support for investigations, Quality Assurance, and other reviews.
  • Conduct calls with Contracted Parties on a regular basis per process
  • Participate in continuous improvement
  • Participate in staff development/training
  • Other duties as assigned or requested to support the overall goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in data analysis, complaint handling, contract management or compliance activities
  • Understanding of the Internet and the Domain Name System
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently
  • Must be well-organized, detail oriented, self-directed
  • Fluency in English with multi-lingual skills strongly preferred
  • Prior international experience strongly preferred
