You will review terms, mitigate risk, and advise stakeholders on deviations, ensuring compliant contract execution across projects. This role is based in Singapore and requires close collaboration with PM, procurement, and subcontracts teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and project contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the project team understands and utilizes the contracts properly.
• Advises the Project Management Team, Procurement Manager, and Subcontracts Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviates from contract requirements.
• Analyses the contract terms and identifies areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
• Provides alternate mitigating contract articles and successfully negotiates with customers with compelling arguments.
