Our client is a leading construction company with expertise spanning marine, land civil engineering, and building construction. They are seeking a Contracts Officer (Construction) responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to main contracts and subcontracts, and managing commercial and contractual risks for projects.

Reporting to: Project Manager and/or Department Head

Responsibilities
  • Provide contractual support to projects through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion, and handover.
  • Continuously review and improve processes, systems, and policies to support effective contract management and administration.
  • Manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, exercising strategic and critical thinking in decision-making.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support project objectives.

Requirements

Must

  • Degree in the Built Environment or a related field.

Advantageous
