A leading design software company in Singapore is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee commercial contracts and support legal operations in the JAPAC region. This individual will be our first Contract Manager in the JAPAC Legal team and will be part of a tight-knit global team of legal professionals. In this role, you will administer our inbound commercial contracts from both customers and vendors as well as providing general contract related support for the JAPAC business. Some minor contract drafting may also be required on occasion.
You will lead and contribute to crafting our legal processes to support our international expansion and enable the business to scale at pace. You will also build strong cross-functional relationships with our commercial teams, while enjoying the excitement of a hyper-growth company with an amazing and outstanding culture.
