Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to ensure project cost accuracy and manage tenders for maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of experience with maintenance contracts, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with MS-Office and membership in professional bodies is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance contracts.
• Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications.
• Prepare and administer various tenders for routine maintenance works.
• Advise on the selection of suitable contractors for maintenance works.
