Job summary

A leading contracts management firm in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Assistant to support the Senior Contracts Manager with contract reviews and administration. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in PUB projects. The role involves liaising with subcontractors and maintaining quality systems within the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in PUB Projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in PUB Projects.
