Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tender processes by compiling tender documents, evaluating supplier proposals, and ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
  • Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and manage change orders to minimize delays and cost overruns in compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including electrical engineers, procurement team, and site managers, to resolve contractual disputes and facilitate smooth project handover.
  • Maintain contract documentation, including records of payments, insurance certificates, and performance bonds, using digital tools for efficient tracking.
  • Conduct risk assessments on contracts, identifying potential liabilities related to electrical installations, safety standards, and supply chain disruptions in the Singapore market.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, legal advisors, and government bodies, to ensure adherence to local procurement policies and sustainability requirements.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews, analyzing contract outcomes to improve future processes and support business development initiatives.
Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for cost tracking, Word for drafting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and risk identification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering basics (e.g., power distribution and integration in data centers and commercial projects).
What We Offer
  • Competitive Remuneration package.
  • Annual leave entitlement, and professional development opportunities.
  • A collaborative work culture in a modern office in Singapore.
