Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensuring project is within Budget
• Monitoring of cash flow (Cash In /Cash Out)
• Able to manage Client’s expectation
• Negotiating Subcontracts
• Monitoring of subcontractors to ensure compliance and meeting project timelines
• Drafting contractual correspondence
• Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers including managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations and finalization of accounts
• Timely finalization of accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
• Ability to identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and deadlines
• Filling of Insurance Claim/ EOT Claims
• Cost economics knowledge is essential.
• Provide leadership, advice and support to staff within the Team

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• 10 years and above experience
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
