JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure Company Contract Management processes are disseminated, understood and implemented.
• Ensure integration and alignment between key dependable work scopes and contract packages.
• To prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurementetcResponsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and finalaccountsReview sub-contractors claims and materials on sitePrepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues Prepare progressive claims and potential variaton claims at regular intervals of the project.
• Maitaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims are lodged accordingly to the client timely.
• Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalization
