Ensure all contractual documentation safeguards the organization’s interests.

Optimize opportunities for change management and claims.

Maintain control over liability exposure.

Identify and implement strategies to improve project profitability.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal and risk management standards.

Oversee project budgeting, claims handling, payment processes, and final account settlements.

Draft, review, and manage various construction-related contracts and agreements.

Administer subcontractor awards, procurement processes, and post-contract activities.

Manage variation orders, extensions of time, claims, and contract amendments.

Supervise the issuance of purchase orders, work orders, and subcontractor payments.

Perform additional tasks as required.
