Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage contract-related activities in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Ensure all contractual documentation safeguards the organization’s interests.
- Optimize opportunities for change management and claims.
- Maintain control over liability exposure.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve project profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal and risk management standards.
- Oversee project budgeting, claims handling, payment processes, and final account settlements.
- Draft, review, and manage various construction-related contracts and agreements.
- Administer subcontractor awards, procurement processes, and post-contract activities.
- Manage variation orders, extensions of time, claims, and contract amendments.
- Supervise the issuance of purchase orders, work orders, and subcontractor payments.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
