Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage contract-related activities in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Ensure all contractual documentation safeguards the organization’s interests.
  • Optimize opportunities for change management and claims.
  • Maintain control over liability exposure.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve project profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal and risk management standards.
  • Oversee project budgeting, claims handling, payment processes, and final account settlements.
  • Draft, review, and manage various construction-related contracts and agreements.
  • Administer subcontractor awards, procurement processes, and post-contract activities.
  • Manage variation orders, extensions of time, claims, and contract amendments.
  • Supervise the issuance of purchase orders, work orders, and subcontractor payments.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Law.
